Where do you ship from?
Our products ship from supplier warehouses in Asia and Europe. This allows us to offer quality products at competitive prices, with delivery in 12–20 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. You can also track your order at any time at spatia.store/pages/tracking.
Can I return a product?
Yes. We offer a no-hassle 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy, contact us and we will resolve it — with a replacement or full refund. You do not need to ship anything back. See our Returns Policy for details.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery is 12–20 business days. We know this is longer than domestic retailers — it is the trade-off for offering quality products at fair prices. All orders include tracking.
Are your products good quality?
Yes. We select every product against three criteria: it must look good, function reliably, and last. We order samples before listing any product. If it does not meet our standard, it does not make the collection.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be modified.
Do you offer discounts?
